Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
• Certain items like innerwear, sale items, or customized orders are non-returnable.

Return Process

Email us at support@themscotton.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will arrange a pickup or share the return address.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll initiate the refund or exchange.

Refund Method

• Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• COD refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images for quick resolution.
